FlyFighterJet.com provides information about fighter jet flight experiences and facilitates the booking of these flights. All flight experiences are operated by licensed third-party aviation operators at their respective locations. MiGFlug GmbH acts as an intermediary connecting customers with these operators.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are processed through the booking platform at book.migflug.com. By completing a booking, you agree to the specific terms and conditions of MiGFlug GmbH and the respective flight operator. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are governed by MiGFlug GmbH's booking terms provided at the time of purchase.

4. Flight Experience Conditions

Fighter jet flights are subject to:

  • Weather conditions — flights may be rescheduled due to adverse weather at no additional cost
  • Aircraft availability — technical or maintenance requirements may necessitate rescheduling
  • Medical fitness — participants must meet the health requirements specified for each flight experience
  • Minimum age requirements as specified by the respective flight operator
  • Weight and height limitations that vary by aircraft type

The final decision on whether a flight can proceed rests with the pilot in command and the flight operator.

5. Assumption of Risk

Fighter jet flights involve inherent risks associated with aviation and high-performance aircraft. Participants are required to sign a liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement provided by the flight operator before each flight. By booking a flight experience, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are subject to the following conditions:

  • Vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher (typically 12-24 months)
  • Vouchers are fully transferable to another person
  • Voucher value can be applied to any flight experience of equal or lesser value
  • Upgrades are available by paying the price difference
  • Expired vouchers may be extended upon request, subject to availability

7. Pricing

All prices displayed on FlyFighterJet.com are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation is the price you will pay. Price changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.
