First Soviet-built jet aircraft: MiG-9 and Yak-15
In this blog post, we would like to show some nice videos about the development of jet fighters in the Soviet Union.
The first video shows Soviet test with jet engines during WWII. Later on, Mikoyan MiG-9 Fargo and Yakovlev Yak-15/Yak-17 Feather were the first fighter jets introduced in the USSR Air Forces.

Sukhoi Su-27 Flanker
The Su-27 is a really amazing fighter aircraft and holds countless records. The video also describes a dogfight in which the Su-27 is superior compared to the USAF F-15 Eagle.

The Sukhoi Su-27 was available for rides until 2006. Su-27 flights took place on Zhukovsky/Ramenskoe airbase near Moscow.
